Kostanay residents continue to support the Taza Kazakhstan program, initiated in early April 2024 by the country's President K.J. Tokayev. The purpose of this initiative is to increase environmental awareness of the population and improve the state of the environment in various regions of the region.

As part of the program, the region continues to hold creative, large-scale events: educational campaigns, round tables, seminars, etc., aimed at raising environmental awareness of citizens.

Cooperation with local enterprises and public organizations plays an important role in the implementation of the program. Thus, representatives of the business community, youth, athletes and ethno-cultural associations actively participate in the events.

On September 9, 2025, the Eco-day "Clean yard — clean soul" was held in educational organizations of the city of Rudny, dedicated to the Republican environmental program "Taza Kazakhstan".

The main purpose of the event is the formation of a caring attitude towards nature among the younger generation, the development of ecological culture and active civic participation.

More than 500 students took part in the action: students enthusiastically and enthusiastically went to the school grounds to tidy up the yards, plant flower beds and clear the surrounding areas of garbage. Their efforts have become a vivid example of how everyone's personal contribution can contribute to maintaining cleanliness and creating a comfortable and environmentally friendly environment.

Eco-day brought together children, teachers and the public, turning ordinary cleaning into a real celebration of work and caring for nature. Such actions help to foster responsibility in children, the desire to improve the world around them and the understanding that cleanliness and order begin with each of us.

The event was a significant contribution to the implementation of the Republican campaign "Taza Kazakhstan", which step by step forms an ecological culture in society and inspires Kazakhstanis to do good deeds for the benefit of the country's future.

An environmental campaign was held in Kostanay region to clean up forest recreation areas. Students of the Industrial Pedagogical College of Kostanay joined the event.

The participants of the campaign cleaned the territories in popular recreation areas of the townspeople — the Forest Park, "Elki–Palki", "4 seasons", Green park, Glamping park and Family park. During the event, household waste was collected, adjacent areas were landscaped and green spaces were put in order.

The environmental campaign became a part of the republican project "Taza Qazaqstan" and the "Clean Forest" initiative, aimed at forming an ecological culture among young people, developing the volunteer movement and preserving the country's ecosystem.

The organizers noted that the students' activity demonstrated the responsible attitude of young people to environmental issues and the importance of personal contribution to the preservation of the purity of the environment.:

"It is important that everyone understands that the cleanliness of the forest and a comfortable stay depend on our common contribution. Only through joint efforts will we be able to keep natural areas green, clean and safe for future generations," emphasized the public association "Necklace of Green Practices".

The action brought together students, teachers and residents of the region, becoming a significant step in supporting the republican initiative "Taza Qazaqstan" and the development of environmental volunteerism in Kostanay region.
