"Comprehensive modernization of the economy imposes new challenges in terms of human capital development. The education sector plays a special role here."
Of the 217 schools planned under the "Schools of the Future" national project, 150 are already operational. The construction of the remaining schools should be completed within the next three months.
Digital technologies are rapidly changing the global labor market. The demand for specialists who know the intricacies of working with artificial intelligence is growing every year in the world. It is clear that a significant part of work processes will be automated through the introduction of digital technologies.
That is why, on my instructions, the Al-Sana program was launched, which aims to involve about 100,000 students in technological projects.
However, the formation of competence in working with artificial intelligence should begin at a much earlier age, that is, from school. In this regard, it is necessary to implement a number of initiatives. First of all, it is necessary to develop a program and educational materials on the basics of artificial intelligence for schoolchildren. It will also be necessary to form the skills of teachers to master artificial intelligence technology.
We need to develop a model of a small-scale school called "Qazaq Digital Mektebi" based on distance learning methods and artificial intelligence technology. Such a platform will allow providing rural students with quality learning methods.
"The capital has experience in building child development centers by raising private funds. This needs to be expanded to all regions. Many entrepreneurs are already expressing their readiness to provide assistance in this area. Akims should actively involve entrepreneurs in the implementation of such projects."
