On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, in Shymkent, within the framework of the traditional offline and online scientific internship "New scientific and methodological projects in the humanitarian sphere: impact on the education sector", organized by Sholpan Torgautova, head of the "Young Scientists" club of the Scientific and Expert Group under the "Public Agreement", M. Auezov Higher Educational Institution, doctoral student, and executive editor of the journal "QAZAQTANÝ", a scientific seminar with foreign scientists on the topic "State programs in the development of science and education - the formation of national consciousness in the ideology of the state" was held on September 12. In this year's address to the people of Kazakhstan, the Head of State K.K. Tokayev emphasized the thought and work of scientists and educators in the promotion and glorification of national values to the world community. This year, in 2025, the seminar paid special attention to the 190th anniversary of Shokan Ualikhanov, the 180th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayuly, the 140th anniversary of the Karamola Rule, and the 30th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.
During the seminar, the professors of the Department of Social Sciences of the Department of History, Philosophy and Religion of the Jizzakh Polytechnic University of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in one of the works carried out in this direction, the head of the Scientific Research Center "History and Ethnology" of the M. Auezov Higher Educational Institution, doctoral student, executive editor of the journal "QAZAQTANÝ", the head of the "Young Scientists" club established under the "Social Agreement" in Shymkent, Sholpan Torgautova, presented in 2025 the monograph "Honorary Kazakh - Abai (Ibrahim) Kunanbayuly: "Polochein Karamola" 1885 god (translation and scientific analysis)" with new information on the formation of historical consciousness in the national ideology, in a separate direction of 74 articles, and the new historical data on strengthening socio-political and interethnic harmony, and the publication of the journal "QAZAQTANÝ" in the humanitarian direction of the M.
