A meeting was held with the staff of the Department of State Revenue for the Karaganda region, dedicated to clarifying legislation on state policy in the religious sphere, as well as explaining amendments to the law "on the prevention of offenses." In particular, restrictions on wearing clothes that completely cover the face were discussed, which prevent face recognition in public places. These changes are aimed at ensuring public safety and preventing possible offenses. Invited speakers: religious scholar of the KSU "Center for Research and Analysis of problems of interfaith Relations of the Karaganda region of the Department of Religious Affairs of the Karaganda region"Metreveli K. V., citizen Akhmedova D. A., returned from the zones of armed conflict as part of Operation "Zhusan". The speakers focused on the legal aspects of religion and shared specific examples from personal experience. The participants of the meeting asked their questions and actively exchanged opinions.
