With the support of the implementation of the Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the European Union, the Ministry of Justice held an international seminar "Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in Courts: international and national experience" on September 12, 2025. Aliya Amanzhulova, Head of the Department, and Dinara Khusainova, Head of the Intellectual Property Rights Department, took part in the above-mentioned event.
International speakers shared their experience in creating specialized intellectual property courts of the European Union, alternative dispute resolution methods, and judicial practice in the European Union on intellectual property.
Participation in the seminar made it possible to share experiences, increase the level of legal knowledge and discuss effective mechanisms for protecting the rights of copyright holders in court.
