On September 11, 2025, Deputy Head and Ethics Commissioner of the State Revenues Department of East Kazakhstan Region, Koishinov K.K., held an online meeting with officials of the State Revenue Offices of Altay district (Altay town) and Tarbagatay district.

During the meeting, participants discussed issues related to compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Service" and "On Combating Corruption," as well as the Code of Ethics for Civil Servants. They also addressed measures to prevent violations and efforts to combat smoking in state institutions.

Koishinov K.K. emphasized that civil servants must set an example for society, avoid legal violations, strictly adhere to ethical standards, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. He also reminded the attendees that civil servants are prohibited from participating in gambling, appearing in public places, or driving vehicles under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Additionally, as part of the nationwide declaration campaign, the Ethics Commissioner provided consultations to civil servants regarding the submission of income and asset declarations.

In conclusion, Koishinov K.K. underlined the importance of consistently complying with the above-mentioned requirements, strengthening discipline, and fostering an atmosphere of legality and responsibility within state institutions.
