With the participation of the Ethics Commissioner of the Akim's office of Kostanay region K.Syundikov and Deputy akim of the city of Rudny, Commissioner for Ethics of the city of Rudny Saktaganova T.S. before leaving for the village of Kachar, a meeting was held with public activists and the expert community of the village.

A public discussion of the actual problems of the settlement took place in order to proactively respond to the demands of the population and determine the results required by society.

Residents were informed about the principles of an Open and Listening state, the concept of "Law and Order", ethical standards and anti-corruption norms, and feedback channels.

The meeting participants raised a number of issues related to the improvement of the territory, the payment of social benefits, the shortage of teaching and medical staff, an increase in the budget for infrastructure development, stray dogs, housing for specialists, the minimum wage, and the quality of medical care for residents of the village in Rudny.

The akim of the village of Kachar, M.K. Raimbekova, was given recommendations on the organization of the work of the apparatus.
