​A meeting of the interdepartmental Commission on crime prevention was held under the chairmanship of Akim of the district Berik Sarmenbayev. The meeting was attended by representatives of law enforcement agencies, heads of state institutions, members of the commission, mayors of settlements and rural districts. Deputy head of the District Police Department Kassymkhan Asanovich "on the work done and the tasks set to identify and suppress the data on the distribution of narcotic drugs in the territory of the district" on the agenda, acting head of the District Department of Agriculture and land relations B. Meirambekuly "on the return to state ownership of land plots where drug sowing areas were detected and on explaining the responsibilities established by law to land owners and land users" and "released from places of deprivation of Liberty, A. Esmaganbetova, head of the District Department of employment and social programs, made a message" on the re-socialization of citizens registered with the Probation Service. ​- We should not consider the fight against drug trafficking and drug addiction only as a matter of law enforcement agencies, it is the responsibility of the general population. The active involvement of all government agencies, non – governmental and public organizations in this case to prevent drug crimes is one of the prerequisites for the fight against it. Therefore, I urge all interested parties to work together, in harmony. Also, one of the most pressing issues today is the case of repeated crimes among citizens registered with the Probation Service. In most cases, it is not done at the proper level to adapt a person who has committed a negative act to society, to offer them a worthy source of work. When a true analysis of unemployment is carried out, many of those registered on probation and released from places of deprivation of liberty fall into the category of self-employed and are released from control. This will end with a re – Commission of crimes, - said Berik Abdygapparovich. As a result of the meeting of the commission, the Akim of the district gave instructions to the heads of law enforcement agencies and industry, and decisions were made to take appropriate measures.
