A ban on imports from third countries into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by all modes of transportation for a period of three months is imposed on the following individual types of stone products:

- code HS FEA EEU 6801000000 - paving stones, curbs - stones and slabs for paving of natural stone;

- HS code 6802230000 - granite for monuments or construction and products made of them, hewn or sawn, with flat or flat surface;

- EAEC HS code 6802931000 - polished granite decorated or otherwise processed, except for carved granite, net weight 10 kg or more;

- HS code 6802939000 - granite for monuments or construction.

The restrictions are approved by the order of the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan from September 2, 2025 № 342 and will come into effect from September 21, 2025.
