On September 9, 2025, the Al-Farabi District Prosecutor's Office organized a large-scale cleanup day as part of the national "Clean Kazakhstan" campaign and the "Law and Order" concept. The event was attended by prosecutors, utility service representatives, young people, volunteers, and a specially formed "Guardians of Cleanliness" unit.

During the cleanup, special attention was paid to the work of the "Guardians of Cleanliness" community group. Their task was not only to restore order but also to identify illegal graffiti and graffiti promoting drugs. During the raid, activists recorded approximately 20 such graffiti . All information was immediately reported to the police and registered in the automated AEK system.

Such graffiti poses a serious threat to society: they can foster misconceptions among young people and encourage drug trafficking. Therefore, combating such practices has become a key focus of the campaign.

According to the prosecutor's office, recently alone, district utilities have received approximately 500 reports of violations related to public welfare and public order. As a result of inspections, over 400 administrative reports were issued, and violators were held accountable in accordance with the law.

Moreover, in one of the cases, a crime was committed, and the case materials were submitted to court. The trial resulted in a verdict, clearly demonstrating the inevitability of punishment for unlawful actions.

These figures demonstrate that law enforcement efforts are being carried out systematically, and that prosecutorial authorities respond to every signal received from the public or public utilities.

In their appeal, representatives of the district prosecutor's office emphasized that maintaining cleanliness and law and order is impossible without the active participation of residents themselves. Every citizen should feel personally responsible for the condition of their courtyard, street, neighborhood, and the city as a whole.

If people report violations promptly, maintain order in their areas, and show zero tolerance for illegal activity, life in the city will become significantly more comfortable and safer.

As a reminder, the "Clean Kazakhstan" campaign is being held throughout the country and is aimed at improving the environmental situation, improving cities and towns, eliminating illegal dumps, and fostering environmental awareness among the population.

In the Al-Farabi district, this event took on a special meaning, as it incorporated elements of crime prevention. Thus, the cleanup day became not only an environmental but also a social and legal event.

As noted by representatives of the prosecutor's office and local authorities, a well-maintained and safe city is the foundation for the region's stable development. Clean streets and parks contribute to improved public health, a higher quality of life, and a positive image of the city.

Law and order create confidence in the future and allow people to work, study, and raise their children in peace. Therefore, actions that combine environmental concerns and respect for the law are of strategic importance.

A key part of the cleanup day was the participation of young people—schoolchildren, college students, and university students from the district. Young people enthusiastically helped clean the streets, clear the yards, and paint the fences and facades. They carried posters reading "Cleanliness is a Mirror of Culture" and actively participated in outreach efforts.

Volunteers also distributed informational leaflets about the dangers of drugs, reminding residents that only by working together can we stop illegal propaganda and protect the younger generation from dangerous temptations.

The cleanup day in the Al-Farabi district became a significant event, uniting the efforts of the government, law enforcement, utility services, and ordinary citizens. It demonstrated that cleanliness and law and order are not one-time events, but a daily commitment that requires everyone's attention.

The organizers assured that similar events will continue, and that interaction with the public will become even more active.

Safety and law and order are our shared responsibility. The city's cleanliness and safety depend on our vigilance, awareness, and civic engagement.
