Residents of Uralsk can now track the progress of the electronic queue at Public Service Centers (PSCs) in real time through the PSC mobile application.

The new "Online Queue Display" service allows users to see which ticket number is currently being served at their selected PSC and estimate the best time to visit. This helps reduce waiting times and makes access to public services more convenient.

How to use the service:

open the PSC mobile application;

go to the "Online Queue Display" section;

select the desired Public Service Center;

monitor the current queue number in real time.

The service is now available in the PSC mobile application.

The introduction of the "Online Queue Display" service marks another step in the development of digital public services, aimed at improving service quality, enhancing customer convenience, and helping citizens save time.
