President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted in his State of the Union Address on September 8, 2025: "The government needs to introduce massive artificial intelligence to modernize all sectors of the economy." This initiative is aimed at accelerating Kazakhstan's digital development and providing every sector with innovative solutions.

The full use of the potential of artificial intelligence within the framework of the Digital Kazakhstan program will allow our country to become a state with a competitive, efficient and modern economy. To this end, state bodies, enterprises and the civil sector should strive to improve the quality of service provision and improve production processes through the introduction of new technologies.

The development of Kazakhstan is in the hands of every Kazakhstani, and only by relying on innovation and technological progress can we take a stable place in the global economic arena.
