The city of Zhanaozen is launching the “Model Courtyard” contest aimed at improving the cleanliness and landscaping of multi-apartment residential buildings and their surrounding areas.

📌 The contest will be held in the following categories:
• “Best Condominium Management Body”
• “Model Residential Building”
• “Best Yard Maintenance Worker”

🔎 Entries will be evaluated based on several criteria, including cleanliness, condition of green spaces, maintenance of playgrounds and sports grounds, lighting, and the condition of building facades.

📅 Applications will be accepted until October 15, 2025.
