On September 11–12, Astana Tourism participated in the International Tourism Exhibition and Conference ITB – MICE Meeting Point 2025, held in Beijing. This significant event in the business tourism industry was organized by the ITB (Internationale Tourismus-Börse) team and brought together more than 1,000 industry professionals from around the world.

As a member of the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA), Kazakhstan’s capital presented its own stand jointly with QazExpoCongress and Air Astana. The delegation held around 50 business meetings, showcasing Astana’s tourism infrastructure and its potential in the MICE segment. The promotion of the national brand was supported by the Kazakhstan Cultural Center in Beijing.

During the round table organized by ITB, Astana received special attention — representatives of Astana Tourism addressed leading Chinese business communities as well as international tourism organizations such as the Singapore Tourism Board, Hong Kong Tourism Board, and the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau.

Participation in this event contributed to strengthening business ties and enhancing Astana’s recognition as a promising destination in the field of business tourism (MICE).
