The Modex Astana plant, located in Industrial Park No. 1 in Astana, specializes in the production of precast reinforced concrete block modules.

The facility manufactures all structural elements of multi-apartment residential buildings — from walls and floors to ceilings and balconies.

Currently, the plant employs around 500 people. Each year, the enterprise produces modular structures sufficient for the construction of approximately 200,000 square meters of housing. Over the past five years, 27 major projects have been implemented.
