The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan notifies that, in accordance with the amendments to the procedure for using cash registers, the Committee has developed a new Data Transfer Protocol with cash registers with the function of fixing and (or) transferring data to the CRF server, version 2.0.3 (hereinafter - Protocol version 2.0.3)

The Protocol version 2.0.3 provides a service for automatic connection of the cash register to the National Catalog of Goods and determination of geolocation on the CRF side, which determines the exact location of the cash register.

In this regard, the Committee determined and set the deadline for the transition to the new Protocol version 2.0.3:

- for taxpayers using cash registers, which are hardware and software complexes, they must reprogram the functions of cash registers in accordance with Protocol version 2.0.3 by October 15, 2025.

- for taxpayers using cash registers, which are an electronic device with the function of recording and (or) transmitting data (cash desks), reprogramming must be carried out by November 15, 2025.

In addition, we inform you that from November 17, 2025, it is planned to disable the Protocol version 2.0.2 of the CRF.

To date, 10 legal entities are on the OFD list: Kazakhtelecom JSC, Transtelecom JSC, Kar-Tel LLP, Kaspi Bank JSC, IT ANALYTICS LLP, Bukhta.kz LLP, Smartcontract LLP, JSC Susan Mobile, Comrun LLP, Vapoing LLP.

The state register of cash registers includes 174 cash registers, of which 118 are online cash registers, 1,105 thousand online cash registers are registered.

At the same time, KKMs that are hardware and software complexes are updated automatically without contacting the Maintenance Centers
