On September 25 of this year, a seminar on explaining the new Tax Code was held for business representatives at the site of the UGD in Akkayinsky district.

The seminar was attended by agricultural producers of the district, representatives of medium and small businesses.

During the meeting, the adopted norms on corporate income tax, value added tax, individual income tax, tax audits, compulsory collection of tax debts, risk management system, special tax regimes and others were discussed.

          The payers asked their questions, such as:

- Will the period of ownership of residential facilities be extended when determining income from value gains in 2026;

- what is the term for non-residential real estate;

- in what cases is property valuation taken into account?;

        - will taxi drivers be able to work for the self-employed;

        - is there an obligation for the self-employed to provide TNF, if so, what are the deadlines, as well as the payment of taxes and payments;

- Is it possible to apply a set-off according to the CPN for mutual settlements with taxpayers who apply the SNR;
