At the ceremonial event "Adal azamat - Adal enbek," held on the eve of Labor Day, the akim of the region Nurlybek Nalibayev congratulated dedicated specialists who have served the community diligently for many years. The festive gathering was graced by parliament members Nauryzbai Baikadamov, Ruslan Rustemov, Murat Abenov, Markhabat Zhaiymbetov, Murat Ergeshbayev, along with Kazakhstan's Hero of Labor, Imamzada Shagyrtayev, and other hardworking individuals.
The regional head extended his congratulations to his fellow citizens on this important occasion and shared his best wishes.
"The Head of State Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich in his Addresses to the People, at the National Kurultai noted that professionalism and hard work should occupy the highest place in our society, a hard-working person, a professional should be the most respected person. In the Address to the People of Kazakhstan, the current 2025 was declared the "Year of Working Professions". In the future, the significance of technical and vocational education is expected to grow as the economy requires skilled specialists for prosperity. A comprehensive list of in-demand specialties is being compiled to guide future workforce development. Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University has already trained 20 employees as per my instructions. Following the President's directive for free vocational education, a state order for 5,308 places has been allocated from the budget to meet the demand for skilled workers in society and promote working professions,” said Nurlybek Mashbekovich.
At the event, Honorary Citizen of the Kyzylorda Region, Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, Cavalier of the Order of "Kurmet" Kurganbek Kairullaev and Deputy of the Majilis Murat Abenov congratulated the residents of the region on the holiday. Hero of Labor of Kazakhstan Imamzada Shagyrtayev also made a speech, calling on his fellow countrymen to work hard and continuously develop.
After the event concluded, several employees received appreciation letters and monetary rewards from the regional leader. 10 individuals were awarded certificates totaling KZT 400 thousand for their exceptional qualifications and dedication to their work, while an additional 10 people were gifted with sanatorium vouchers.
On behalf of the awardees, Zhanar Taishayeva, an employee of Kyzylorda Tazylygy LLP, and Zhanbolat Zharmukhambetov, a foreman for the operation of the North-West Kyzylkiya field of Kolzhan LLP, spoke. Zhanar Sharapatovna has 40 years of work experience, 10 of which she has been working at Kyzylorda Tazylygy LLP. She was awarded letters of gratitude from the Akimat of the city of Kyzylorda and the management of the enterprise. Zhanbolat Zharmukhambetov has been working at Kolzhan LLP since 2010. They expressed gratitude to the regional leadership for the support provided, noting that they have achieved today's success thanks to honest work.
