Today, representatives of the Akimat, together with contractors, conducted an on-site inspection of city streets to check the pace and quality of road work.

In 2025, 90 sections of roads with a total length of 45 kilometers are being renovated in the city. To date, more than 95% of the planned work has been completed.

The reconstruction of Syanov Street in the area between Gogol and Rabochaya Streets has been fully completed, a two—year project.

In the Zhana Kala area, work has been completed on Frolov Street: the roadway has been expanded from 7 to 14 meters, two-way traffic has been organized, street lighting has been installed and 48 parking spaces have been equipped.

Along Narimanovskaya Street, the reconstruction of the section between Abaya and Altynsarin will begin next year after adjustments to the design estimates. The road will be widened from 7 to 10.5 meters, engineering networks will be updated, lighting will be installed and 66 parking spaces will be equipped.

Work continues on Al-Farabi Avenue and Gogol Street: contractors are laying new pavement, installing curbs and sidewalks. The work is scheduled to be completed by October 5th.
