A meeting between the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan and the BOMCA Programme took place in Astana. During the event, a ceremony was held to hand over modern equipment for mobile customs teams.

       Head of the International Cooperation Department of the SRC, Mr. Yermek Kozhabergenov, emphasized that this support strengthens the capacity of Kazakhstan’s customs service, enhances border efficiency, and helps combat illicit trade.

       The parties confirmed their readiness to continue cooperation in customs digitalization, innovation, and the application of best international practices.
