On October 2 of this year, a seminar on explaining the new Tax Code was held for business representatives at the site of the UGD in Mamlut district.

The seminar was attended by agricultural producers of the district, representatives of medium and small businesses.

During the meeting, the adopted norms on corporate income tax, value added tax, individual income tax, tax audits, compulsory collection of tax debts, risk management system, special tax regimes and others were discussed.

The payers asked their questions, such as:

- the procedure for the transition to a special farm tax regime;

- will taxi drivers be able to work for the self-employed;

- what status will the self-employed have in 2026;

        - which mobile transfers can be controlled;

        - issues of lowering rates by maslikhats under the simplified taxation regime;

- Is it possible to apply a set-off according to the CPN for mutual settlements with taxpayers who apply the SNR;
