On September 30, 2025, a seminar on the topic: "Norms of the New Tax Code" was held at the Trade Union of Entrepreneurs of East Kazakhstan Region

The following speakers presented their reports:

- Gulmira Sabralimova covered amendments coming into force on January 1, 2026, regarding individual income tax, rates, deductions, social tax, and special regimes;
- Gulmira Karibayeva discussed the innovations concerning corporate income tax.;
- Askhat Zhitibaev spoke about changes in VAT, including its rates, registration, and refund of excess amounts;
- Azamat Zhakiyanov focused on measures for the compulsory collection of debt, as well as the deferral and installment of taxes;
- Gulzhanat Berkutova presented on issues of cameral monitoring.

During the seminar, participants discussed the key provisions of the new Tax Code, changes in tax administration, and practical issues related to business activities in the region.

​At the conclusion of the seminar, representatives of the Department answered the questions of taxpayers.
