On the eve of Teacher’s Day, Head of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region awarded Ybyrai Altynsarin badge to Indira A. Ibatayeva, a teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of Shokan Ualikhanov School Lyceum No. 3 of Education Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city.

Indira A. Ibatayeva is a teacher-researcher, Master of Pedagogical Sciences, and the winner of the regional competition “Best Teacher Award – 2025”. She will represent East Kazakhstan region at the Republican round of the competition.

In the congratulatory remarks, the Head of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region highlighted: “Recognizing teachers’ hard work is recognizing their contribution to the future generation. Indira A. Ibatayeva’s achievement is an inspiring example for all teachers. We wish her success at the upcoming Republican competition.”
