On October 6-7, 2025, the XII International Forum "Anti-Counterfeiting-2025" was held in Minsk, Belarus with the assistance of the International Association of Anti-Counterfeiting and the National Intellectual Property Center of the Republic of Belarus. Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Natalia Petkevich attended the opening of the forum.
The Forum is a platform for discussing problematic issues in the field of intellectual property rights protection in the context of Eurasian integration, where representatives of government agencies, business, the expert community and international organizations discussed key measures to counter illicit trafficking in industrial products and the protection of intellectual property rights within the EAEU.
Chairman of the Committee on Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sholpan Abdreyeva made presentations from the Republic of Kazakhstan. She spoke about the steps taken by the Ministry of Justice in the framework of digital transformation, in particular, the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies. Aliya Amanzhulova, Head of the Justice Department of Kostanay region, spoke about the law enforcement practice in the field of intellectual property rights protection in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Based on the results of the Forum, a final resolution is being developed on measures aimed at countering illicit trafficking in industrial products in the EAEU countries and on harmonizing the laws of the EAEU countries.
