Today, the Akim of Karmakshy District, Zhandos Yerkinbek, visited Zhosaly settlement to inspect the ongoing construction of several social and infrastructure facilities.

The visit began with an inspection of the district sports and recreation complex. Currently, exterior landscaping works have been fully completed — concrete walkways have been poured, and gravel has been laid. Inside, interior finishing is nearing completion: internal doors have been installed, and electrical wiring is almost done. It is planned to lay sports linoleum in the judo hall. In the near future, 320 spectator seats will be completely renewed and replaced with new ones.

Next, the district head reviewed the progress of road repair works on Kelmenbet Batyr Street. At present, crushed stone bedding has been laid, and asphalt paving is planned soon. However, due to slow progress and delays in meeting deadlines, the Akim issued a strict warning to the contractor. He instructed them to pay close attention to road quality and demanded full completion of the project by the end of the current month.

In addition, construction progress was inspected at residential buildings in the Tauelsizdik microdistrict. Two contracting companies — Aman-Qurylys LLP and Integrostroy LLP — are constructing a total of 25 individual houses. Bricklaying, roofing, and electrical wiring works are mostly complete. Floor leveling and tiling of sanitary units are being carried out in stages, depending on the readiness of each house. Heating, lighting, and interior finishing works are proceeding simultaneously.

During the site visit, Zhandos Yerkinbek gave specific instructions for each project and strictly emphasized the need to complete the facilities on time.
“Our main goal is to provide people with high-quality and safe housing. This is our responsibility to the community,” said the district head.
