An agreement was reached between the Department of State Revenue for Pavlodar and Kaspi Bank on sending notifications to taxpayers about the upcoming deadline for paying personal property tax for 2024– due on October 1.

As part of this agreement, the amount of tax to be paid was indicated in the utility bills generated in the Kaspi Bank mobile application. At the same time, it should be emphasized that this is not a debt, but represents the amount of accrued tax that taxpayers had to pay before October 1, 2025.

However, the receipts were generated by the bank after the deadline for payment, and most taxpayers had already paid this tax at the time of receipt of the receipts. In this regard, some taxpayers have an erroneous perception of this amount as current debt, which is subject to mandatory payment.

Dear residents of Pavlodar! If you have already paid the property tax for 2024, this line in the receipt should not be taken into account when paying. In case of an erroneous repeat payment, you have the right to refund the amount of the overpayment in accordance with the established procedure or set off against future tax obligations.
