The Department of State Revenue for Kostanay region publishes for review the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission of May 23, 2025 No. 45 "On Amendments to the Decision of the Customs Union Commission of December 9, 2011 No. 877" regarding the addition of the definition of a single vehicle in the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of wheeled vehicles" TR CU 018/2011. Decision No. 45 of 05/23/2025 comes into force on 10/20/2025. We would like to inform you that the list of cars and motor vehicles and trailers for them, which are vehicles for personal use, is determined by the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated 30.06.2017 No. 74.
