The Head of State stressed that "affordable housing is not a dream, but our duty to citizens." Based on this, over the past 2 years, we have commissioned about 1.0 million square meters of housing.

Since the beginning of the year, 391.0 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned, with an increase of 3.2%.

This year we plan to build and commission 500.0 thousand square meters (6,500 sq. m.).

The Kostanai Zhastary program is in place to provide housing for young people. In 3 years, more than 340 young people have purchased their own homes. 

In addition, the region is actively working on the reconstruction and restoration of houses.

Reconstruction is underway not only in cities, but also in rural areas.

For example, in the village of Kamenskuralsk, Mendykarinsky district, a two-storey house with 12 apartments with a total area of 600 square meters has been restored.

The house was restored at the expense of the Kamenskouralskoye partnership's own funds for its employees.

The house has 4 one–room, 4 two–room and 4 three–room apartments.

The cost is 90 million tenge.

Comfortable and favorable conditions have been created here to improve the quality of life of the citizens of this village.

The commissioning of residential buildings will be an important step in the socio-economic development of the region.
