An open regional Taekwondo tournament among children and adolescents born between 2011 and 2017 was held at the Sports and Wellness Complex in Akai village, Karmakshy district.

The main goal of the competition was to promote a healthy lifestyle among youth, improve athletic skills, and develop Taekwondo across the region.

The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Akim of Karmakshy district Dias Asylbekuly and President of the Baikonur Taekwondo Federation Nikolai Petrovich, who wished the participants success and highlighted the importance of the event.

Young athletes from Kyzylorda, Baikonur, and Karmakshy district took part in the tournament, engaging in exciting and competitive matches.

The competition was well organized, and the participants demonstrated excellent skills and preparation.

At the end of the tournament, winners and prizewinners were awarded special medals and diplomas.

Such events give a strong impetus to the development of sports in the district and help foster young people's interest in physical activity and sports.
