Today, Ernar Yerzhanov the Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan presented the staff of the Department of State Revenues for Astanaci ty - Manzorov S. B.

Serik Manzorov graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 2004 with a degree in jurisprudence, and West Coast University in 2006 (Great Britain) with a degree in business management, in 2009 - Kazakh University of Economics named after Turar Ryskulov with a degree in finance, in 2010 - Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in state and local management, in 2019 - Kazakh Automobile and Road Institute named after L. B. Goncharov with a degree in construction.

He began his career in 2006, held positions in the akimats of Almalinsky and Bostandyk districts of Almaty. He worked in various positions in the structure of tax and state bodies, including the deputy head of the Department of International Cooperation of the SRC, a consultant to the Foreign Policy Center of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the head of the  State Revenues Department in the Mangistau region.
