Starting from October 13, 2025, a new mobile application "Scanning accounting and control stamps of the CGD of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (UKM) became available as part of the Administration of excisable products (APP ISNA). To work with the business process, you need to download the UKM Scan application from Google Play (Play market) or the Apple store.

For taxpayers who carry out transactions with certified alcoholic beverages, the application is designed for: - verification of the UKM barcode identification; - receiving information about the UKM; - sending information about suspicious products to the authorized body if there is no data about UKM in the database.

The following functionality is available in the application: - user registration; - user authorization; - UKM scan.
