Ulaanbaatar, October 22, 2025 – Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Mongolia Almas Seitakynov met with the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources of Mongolia Gongor Damdinnyam.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the mining and processing industries, as well as the possibility of importing raw materials, petroleum products, explosives, and their components from Kazakhstan for use in Mongolia’s mining and agricultural sectors.

The interlocutors noted the significant potential for further development of trade and economic relations between the two countries, emphasizing the importance of strengthening mutually beneficial partnership and exchanging experience in industrial and resource development.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to maintain close working contacts.
