A seminar on explaining the new Tax Code was held for business representatives at the site of the UGD in the Shal Akin district.

The seminar was attended by agricultural producers of the district, representatives of medium and small businesses.

During the meeting, the adopted norms on corporate income tax, value added tax, individual income tax, tax audits, compulsory collection of tax debts, risk management system, special tax regimes and others were discussed.

The payers asked their questions, such as:

- Preservation of benefits for agricultural producers;

- Has the List of activities for the simplified regime been approved;

- has taxation changed for the activity of importing goods to the EAEU;

- how long will the old taxpayer's office function?;

- the procedure for calculating the IPN for the founders of the LLP in 2026

- conditions for the application of special tax regimes;
