On October 24, 2025, the regular XXXIII session of the Altai District Maslikhat was held.
 The session was attended by 10 deputies; deputies of the East Kazakhstan Regional Maslikhat; the akim of the district; akims of cities, towns, and rural districts; heads of departments and independent divisions; members of the Public Council and the Commission on Combating Corruption in the Altai District, as well as representatives of the mass media.

Deputies considered a number of pressing issues concerning the socio-economic development of the district:

1. On amendments to the decision of the Altai District Maslikhat dated December 25, 2024, No. 24/2-VIII “On the District Budget of the Altai District for 2025–2027.”
    Speaker: Rafael Sharipollinovich Khamitov – Head of the State Institution “Department of Economy and Budget Planning of the Altai District.”
2. Report of the Akim of the Altai District on the fulfillment of assigned functions and tasks.
    Speaker: Renat Tleukhanovich Kurmambaev – Akim of the Altai District.
3. On the readiness of housing and communal services, life-support facilities, and the housing stock for the 2025–2026 heating season.
    Speaker: Kuat Aydynuly Zhuanganov – Head of the State Institution “Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport, Highways, and Housing Inspection of the Altai District.”
4. On the results of the certification of general education schools in the Altai District.
    Speaker: Bakhytgul Kalibekovna Kanafina – Head of the State Institution “Department of Education of the Altai District.”
5. On amendments and additions to the decision of the Altai District Maslikhat dated March 6, 2024, No. 12/4-VIII “On Determining the Amount and Procedure for Providing Housing Assistance in the Altai District.”
    Speaker: Tatyana Yuryevna Shidych – Head of the State Institution “Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Altai District.”
6. On amendments to the decision of the Altai District Maslikhat dated December 26, 2023, No. 9/4–VIII “On the Election of the District Territorial and Precinct Election Commissions.”

During the meeting, deputies asked questions to the speakers, made proposals, and offered constructive comments on each of the discussed issues.

The adopted decisions are aimed at the further development of the district, improving the management system of municipal property, and ensuring transparency in the activities of local self-government bodies.

All decisions were adopted unanimously following the discussion.
