Islamabad, October 26, 2025 – The closing ceremony of the Joint Pakistan-Kazakhstan counter-terrorism exercises «Dostarym-V» was held in Cherat. The maneuvers have been taking place since October 14, 2025. The exercises were attended by teams from the SSG of the Pakistani Army and Kazakhstani Special Forces.

The Сlosing ceremony was attended by the H.E. Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Pakistan Mr. Yerzhan Kistafin, the Defence Attache and the Commander of the Special Operations School.

The purpose of the exercises was to improve methods of combating terrorism by jointly working out special tasks, as well as strengthening military cooperation between the countries. During the exercises, the military personnel of both countries demonstrated the highest level of professional skills.
