An extraordinary 38th session was held in the Ust-Kamenogorsk city Maslikhat, during which issues related to the clarification of the city's budget, business support and social protection of specialists working in rural settlements were considered, as well as changes in the composition of interdepartmental commissions.
In accordance with the decision of the regional maslikhat, transfers from the regional budget have been increased to the city. Additional funds were allocated to subsidize bus transportation, as well as to complete a project to reconstruct water supply networks in the village of Komsomolsky (Leskhoz).
In addition, as part of the clarification of the city budget through redistribution, savings from public procurement and an increase in the revenue side of the city budget, expenditures are provided for the implementation of the following measures:
- providing people with disabilities with hygienic and compensatory means;
- providing social assistance to specialists working in rural settlements;
- improvement of the city and maintenance of parks in winter.
The implementation of these measures is aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens, developing infrastructure and creating comfortable conditions for residents and visitors of the city.
