Based on the principle of meritocracy, Rinat Mazituly Kudaybergenov has been appointed head of the Department of State Property and Privatization of the Kyzylorda Region.

He has 23 years of total experience and holds a higher education degree. He graduated from Korkyt-Ata Kyzylorda State University.

He has experience in the financial system of the Kyzylorda Region: leading specialist, chief specialist in the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Kyzylorda Region, deputy head of the Finance Department, and deputy head of the Regional Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Kyzylorda Region.

For the last 2.5 years, he served as head of the Baikonur Department of State Property and Privatization.
