Astana hosted the Eurasian Powerlifting Championship, which brought together more than 150 of the strongest athletes from 15 countries.

Senior Lieutenant Dinmukhamed Mukhtarkhanov, a serviceman of the Main Command of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Head of the 2nd Service of the Center for Technical Protection of Classified Information, delivered an outstanding performance at the competition.

The guardsman demonstrated a high level of physical fitness and professionalism, taking first place in the bench press discipline in the up to 60 kg weight category.

His victory became a symbol of determination, strength of spirit, and professional excellence — proving that servicemen of the National Guard successfully distinguish themselves not only in duty but also in international sports competitions.
