Based on the principle of meritocracy, Medet Madenovich Abiyev has been appointed head of the Department of State Property and Privatization in the Ulytau region.
He holds a higher education degree from K. Zhubanov Aktobe State University and the Kazakh-Russian International University.
He has worked for the State Property and Privatization Committee for 21 years, rising from a leading specialist to deputy head.
For the past six years, he has served as deputy head of the Department of State Property and Privatization in the Aktobe region.
