The Military Band of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan now not only performs marches but also prepares its own leaders. For the first time, a training and practical session for representatives of military bands was held at military unit 6654 in the city of Alatau.

The music training program was conducted by the Head of the Military Band Center of the National Guard, Major Olzhas Kudaikulov. The classes covered several areas: specialized training, ensemble work, individual mastery, and drill training.

The main goal of the training session is to provide contract servicemen with the opportunity to obtain a new military rank, as well as to enhance the professional and moral authority of the command staff. Those who successfully complete the course will be eligible for new positions and the rank of sergeant.

This is not just a promotion — it marks the beginning of a new era when musicians rise from the orchestra stage into the ranks of commanders. The leading part in the musical score now finds its reflection in their life path.

This new approach combines musical artistry with military training — where the rhythm of discipline harmonizes with the voice of the heart. Together, they sound like a symphony of a new era for the Military Band of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

It is worth noting that today the National Guard of Kazakhstan has 17 military bands with more than 320 contract servicemen and officers. The Exemplary Military Band of the National Guard proudly represents the country on the international stage, performing at renowned festivals such as Amur Waves, Fanfares of Kazan, Astana Samaly, Trumpet of Peace, Vivat, Saint Petersburg! and other international brass competitions.
