The first part of the animated film "BalaZan - from childhood to the law", shot at the initiative of the Police Department and with the support of the city administration, was presented to the public in the Central Park of Shymkent. The premiere was shown in the open air, on a large LED screen, and more than 500 children attended the event.

The project is aimed at forming the legal culture of the younger generation, preventing juvenile delinquency, and promoting the ideology of "Law and Order." The cartoon aims to convey to children the importance of law, justice, and public order in an interesting and understandable way.

The main character of the animated film is Barys, a character who represents the independence and strength of Kazakhstan. He teaches children the importance of such qualities as honesty, respect, and following the rules.

As part of the premiere, various interactive and educational events were organized for children. Participants took part in a quiz on traffic rules, got acquainted with the work of dog handlers and forensic scientists, as well as the work of special forces. In addition, a photo exhibition dedicated to police work was presented.

The festive atmosphere was enlivened by stage performances by puppet theater artists, Shymkent circus performers, and young traffic inspectors. At the end of the event, a concert program was organized for children and parents, and participants released colorful balloons into the sky - a symbol of goodwill and peace.

According to the project's authors, "BalaZan" is not just an animated film, but also an educational initiative that teaches children to respect the law, appreciate justice and responsibility, and be useful to society.
