On October 31, 2025 in the cities and large settlements of the Republic of Kazakhstan successfully held nationwide action “People's Lawyer”.

This initiative is aimed at improving the legal literacy of citizens and providing access to free professional advice.

Specialists of the Department of State Revenue in Zhetisu region took an active part in the action, providing detailed explanations on topical issues of tax and customs administration. Taxpayers and representatives of the business community received qualified consultations in the following areas:

- Compliance with tax legislation.

- Application of special tax regimes.

- Issues of universal declaration of income and property.

- Customs procedures.

Direct dialog with the population allows the Department to promptly identify problematic issues in administration and ensure maximum efficiency in the provision of public services.
