Starting from November 5, 2025, residents of the Mangystau Region will be able to pre-book tickets in the unified electronic queue at the Tupkaragan District Public Service Center (PSC).

This pilot project is being implemented for the first time at the district level in the region. Previously, the pre-booking service was available only in regional centers.

The introduction of this service aims to enhance convenience for citizens, ensure the timely delivery of public services, and optimize the customer reception process. The implementation of the project will help distribute visitor flow more evenly and improve the overall quality of service delivery.

The electronic queue pre-booking service is available through the following channels:
▪️ via the “PSC” mobile application;
▪️ via the e-Government portal (eGov.kz).

To book a queue ticket, users need to log in to the selected service, choose the PSC branch, and select a convenient date and time for the visit. A confirmation message will be sent via SMS from the short number 1414.

Please note that in the document issuance sector and the self-service sector, electronic queue tickets are issued without pre-booking.
