On November 4, 2025, a specially created working group visited a number of business facilities located in the district center, carried out explanatory work in the field of landscaping, sanitation and arrangement of facades of buildings. The Working Group explained to the owners of business facilities that in case of violation of the requirements of the decision of the Kyzylorda regional maslikhat dated July 24, 2024 No. 112 "on approval of the rules for improving the territories of cities and settlements in the Kyzylorda region", measures are provided under Article 505 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on administrative offenses". It is noted that fines will be imposed if the relevant requirements are not met.
