On October 24, 2025, in order to implement the educational program "Adal Azamat", aimed at forming the principles of financial literacy, tax culture, honesty and civic responsibility among students, the Department of State Revenue for the East Kazakhstan region held a seminar at the site of the State Institution "Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region".

The event was held offline and online, which made it possible to reach a wide range of participants from various educational organizations in the region. The seminar was attended by 195 people - teaching staff, students in grades 8-11 and parents.

The Department's specialists spoke about the importance of tax discipline and financial responsibility as the most important components of civic maturity. Videos and presentations on the disciplines "Taxes", "Taxation of individuals", "Universal Declaration", and "Bankruptcy of individuals" were shown.

These materials are used as part of the general education curriculum and contribute to the formation of basic knowledge in the field of taxation, legal culture and civil responsibility among schoolchildren.

The seminar was held in a constructive atmosphere conducive to the exchange of experience between representatives of tax authorities and the education system.

The participants discussed ways to further implement the "Adal Azamat" program in the educational process and interaction with educational institutions in the region. Joint work in this area will make it possible to effectively implement the goals of the Adal Azamat program and form sustainable values of integrity, law-abiding and responsibility for the future of the country among the younger generation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
