At military unit 6506 of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, stationed in Shymkent, a three-day training and practical meeting was held with deputy commanders of regional commands for logistics, heads of financial departments, and representatives of the National Guard Academy.

The event was conducted under the leadership of Colonel Daulet Akhmetov, Head of the Budget and Finance Department, and Colonel Takhir Islamov, Head of the Logistics Department of the Main Command. The main goal of the gathering was to enhance officers’ professional training, strengthen cooperation between departments, and introduce modern digital solutions into the logistics and financial management systems.

Special attention was given to digitalization — the implementation of electronic document management, automated accounting systems, and the integration of information technologies into material resource management and expenditure control. According to Colonel Islamov, the transition to digital tools makes supply and reporting processes more transparent and efficient.

During the sessions, officers discussed topics such as budget formation, financing of operational and combat activities, construction oversight, and social support for servicemen. The meeting also addressed the transition to electronic mechanisms for the implementation of the state defense order, which will improve accuracy and operational efficiency.

Summing up the results, Colonel Yerbol Kumarbekuly, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard for Logistics, noted the high level of organization and emphasized the importance of digital transformation for increasing the efficiency of resource management and strengthening the combat readiness of the troops.

Such events play an important role in improving the system of logistical and financial support, contributing to the professional growth of personnel and the strengthening of the overall combat potential of the National Guard.
