As part of the digital transformation of public services, the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" has introduced a new feature in the "TsON" mobile app. Service recipients can now track the status of their public service requests at the TsON in real time.
The application status is available in the "TsON" mobile app in the "TsON Services" and "Specialized TsON Services" sections. To obtain information, users must provide their application number. This format ensures transparency and allows citizens to receive timely information on the progress of services without having to visit the TsON in person.
The new feature significantly saves users' time and increases trust in government services, as citizens can see the status of their request and when they can expect a result.
"The introduction of the application status tracking feature is another step in the modernization of public services, aimed at increasing transparency, accessibility, and convenience of serving citizens. Such digital solutions contribute to improving the quality of public services and are in line with the digital transformation directions outlined in the President's Address," noted Arman Kenzhegaliev, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens."
The app also features the ability to view and store electronic receipts—documents confirming the submission of an application and the receipt of a service. The receipt is automatically saved in the "Application History" section, ensuring quick and secure access at any time.
