As part of the “Law and Order” concept, the Department held a seminar-meeting to explain the provisions of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Order No. 4 of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 4, 2023, “On Approval of the Rules for the Registration and Accounting of Appeals Received by State Bodies, Local Self-Government Bodies, and Legal Entities with 100% State Participation, as well as for the Operation of the Information and Analytical System ‘Electronic Appeals’.”

The event was attended by Alena Edelkhanova, Head of the Department for Analysis and Control of Appeals from Individuals and Legal Entities of the Karaganda Regional Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records, and Asylzhan Kuanyshbayev, Prosecutor of the same department.

During the seminar, participants were provided with a detailed explanation of key legislative provisions aimed at ensuring openness, transparency, and uniform application of legal norms.

Such meetings contribute to strengthening the rule of law and enhancing legal awareness. ⚖️
