Urgent update of KKM! Transition to Protocol 2.0.3: Important deadlines and new opportunities!

The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (SRC MF RK) informs about changes in the procedure of application of KKM and the need to switch to the new Protocol of data transfer from KKM version 2.0.3!

It is important! From November 17, 2025 it is planned to disconnect the old Protocol version 2.0.2 OFD. If your cash register is not updated, it will not be able to transmit data!

🗓️ Key deadlines for reprogramming:

Hardware and software complexes until October 15, 2025

Electronic devices ("iron cash registers") until November 15, 2025

✨ What is new in Protocol 2.0.3?

The new version of the protocol is designed for further digitalization and convenience:

1. automatic connection to the National Catalog of Goods (NCT): Simplifying the work with nomenclature and providing reliable product information.
2. Determination of the geolocation of KKM on the side of OFD: Precise fixing of the place of cash settlements.

🛠️ What needs to be done?

In order to reprogram your cash register in accordance with the Protocol version 2.0.3 you need to urgently contact:

- To the developers of your cash register.

- To the technical service centers of cash registers (CSC).

Do not postpone the update! Compliance with deadlines is the key to smooth operation of your cash register and avoid possible problems with tax authorities!
