Zhaniya Aubakirova gave a concert in Vienna

Vienna, November 7, 2025 – A concert by the outstanding Kazakh pianist and People's Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Zhaniya Aubakirova, took place at the world-famous Vienna Philharmonic Hall. The concert was held on the occasion of the Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan and was an important cultural event that strengthened relations between Kazakhstan and Austria.
The festive evening was attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps, the media, the business and cultural communities of Austria, as well as members of the Kazakh diaspora in Vienna.
At the opening of the event, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Austria and Permanent Representative to the International Organizations in Vienna, Mukhtar Tleuberdi, emphasized that this year Kazakhs are celebrating the 35th anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of State Sovereignty, which has become one of the most important documents on the path to the country's independence. Ambassador Tleuberdi also thanked Zhaniya Aubakirova for her participation in the celebration and praised her outstanding contribution to the development of national and international music.
In addition, guests at the event were introduced to the new Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the province of Lower Austria. He is Alexander Schierhuber, a prominent Austrian entrepreneur in the transport sector. At the ceremonial presentation of the honorary consulate patent, Ambassador M. Tleuberdi expressed his confidence that A. Schierhuber would make a significant contribution to strengthening bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Austria in the field of trade.
The institution of honorary consuls plays an important role in expanding international relations. Honorary consuls promote Kazakhstan's interests in the regions where they reside, contribute to the development of economic and humanitarian contacts, and support Kazakh citizens abroad.
